Lax Training Focused On Preparing Athletes For High School Play

Prepare your body and skills for the upcoming High School season. This camp is geared for those entering or currently attending High School (14+ years of age). This 3 hour session places intense focus on fitness (speed and strength training), ball and stick handling, positional responsibility and technical movement. Small sided games and situational drills enable team awareness skills to be strengthened and developed.
Players must always bring ALL lax equipment and water to each class.
