Safe Training For Beginning Runners

This program is designed for beginning runners with no previous running experience, previous runners returning to the sport after a layoff, and runners coming back from injuries. The program goal will be to build up to 30 total running minutes (not including walk breaks) in a run/walk workout.
This is a safe, gradual way to start (or re-start) your running career, building cardiovascular endurance while minimizing the risk of injury. We take the intimidation out of running, so don’t be afraid to take the first step!
Runners must always bring a water bottle to every session
