Patrick Mulcahy is the owner, founder and director of ITNSA. His love of soccer and coaching younger players prompted him to start this training program over 10 years ago. From that day forward, he has played an integral part in the development of his athlete’s skills, leadership abilities and sportsmanship – on and off the field.

Eric Redder
Soccer Director
Coach Redder is a long time soccer fan and an accomplished player. He started playing soccer as a youth and continued through to the collegiate level. His love for the game of soccer combined with his extensive knowledge of the game and an extensive coaching background makes him a perfect fit at ITN.

Coach Fritz is a former All-American player, a professional soccer player (playing for both the NH Phantoms and NH Granite) as well as a 2 time state champion club-level coach. He holds a USSF National ‘B’ coaching license, a NSCAA Goal Keeper Diploma and is USSF/NH Kid Safe Certified.

Coach Fraser is a former professional soccer player and has been coaching the game for well over a decade. Coach Fraser specializes in skills development and taking players to the next level of play.

Christian Gagnon
High School Prep Director

Christian Gagnon,who is in his ninth season as a coach with the Saint Anselm men’s soccer program, was named head coach Nov. 8, 2013. He had previously served as interim head coach since Oct. 2, 2013.
A 1999 graduate of Saint Anselm, Gagnon was a four-year member of the Hawks soccer team. He ranks among the Saint Anselm career leaders in a number of categories, including seventh on the all-time games played list with 76. In addition, Gagnon was a member of Saint Anselm teams that won the Northeast-10 and ECAC Championships. He is currently one of the most popular club coaches/trainers in the area.

Tony Estrada

Coach Estrada holds a USSF “B” license and has recently served as Nashua High School’s Varsity Soccer Coach. Coach Estrada brings 20+ years of coaching experience to ITN and specializes in strategic play and goal scoring.

Zivan Negic
Head Soccer Trainer

Coach Negic is an elite class of soccer coaches as he holds a UEFA (United European Football Association) Professional License. He speaks 5 languages and is a former professional soccer player. He also played in over 400 matches with the Yugoslavia National Soccer Team. His vast experience as a player, as well as his widespread coaching experience makes him an amazing trainer and mentor.

Coach Harry is not only a former professional soccer player (for Nuneaton Borough, England) but he was also a professional soccer coach, working as the Assistant Coach at Fulham Football Club in England. He has an FA Coaching License from England and also holds USSF and NH Kid Safe certifications.
