Breakfast 7:00-8:00am
Day Camper Orientation 8:30-9:00am
Skills of the Day 9:00-9:30am
Group Practice 9:30am-12:30pm
Lunch/Rest Period 12:30-2:00pm
Group Practice 2:00-5:00pm
Day Campers Depart 5:00pm
Dinner and Rest Period 5:00-6:30pm
Match/Game Competition 6:30-7:30pm
Night Activities 7:30-9:30pm
Lights Out 10:00pm

5-6 Hours of Daily Instruction, Match Play & Fitness Training with a 6:1 Camper/Instructor Ratio

Items Needed:

8-10 each of: Shorts/Skirts, Socks, Shirts/Tops, Running Shoes, Jacket, Tennis Racket(s), Hat/Visor, Water Bottle, Sunscreen/Lotion, Sunglasses, Personal Toiletries, Beach/Bath Towels, Alarm Clock, Twin-Size Sheets, Pillowcase, Snacks

Please bring water, ALL FH goalie pads, stick, ball & mouth guard to every class.
