Volleyball Training Focused On Preparing Athletes For Middle School Play
Prepare your body and skills for the upcoming Middle School season. This camp is geared for those entering or currently attending Middle School. This 3 hour session places intense focus on fitness (speed and strength training), passing, serving, hitting, setting, and blocking while learning team responsibilities.
Please bring water, ball, knee pads, ankle brace (if needed) & work-out attire to every class.
